Hi, I’m Jess! I’m a Medical Assistant at Vigeo Wellness, and I’ve been working in healthcare for 10 years. Over the years, I’ve learned that taking care of people is about so much more than medicine—it’s about listening, laughing when you can, and helping people feel comfortable enough to be exactly who they are.
I’m hardworking, compassionate, and just the right amount of quirky. I’m a firm believer that a little humor can go a long way, especially on the hard days. I love making people feel welcome, finding ways to brighten someone’s day, and reminding patients that they’re more than just an appointment on the schedule.
Working in mental health with Vigeo has been especially meaningful to me. I know that walking through the door and asking for help isn’t always easy, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of a team that creates a space where people can feel safe, supported, and never judged.
When I’m not at Vigeo, you’ll probably find me painting, playing Pokémon, or laughing until my stomach hurts with my family. I fully believe there is always room for a good laugh, a little creativity, and probably an unnecessary amount of Pokémon knowledge.
At the end of the day, I’m just really grateful to do work that allows me to care for people and make a difference in their lives—even if that sometimes means bringing a little weirdness and a lot of laughter along the way.
